Rules & Regulations

→ સમયસર શાળાએ મોકલવા. સ્વચ્છ યુનિફોર્મ પહેરાવી I card અને અભ્યાસને લગતા પુસ્તકો રોજ મોકલવા.

→ ડાયરી નિયમિત જોવી, લખેલ સુચના અને માસિક હાજરીના ખાનામાં સહી કરવી.

→ ત્રણ માસની ફી નિયમિત ભરી રસીદની કોપી જમા કરાવવી

→ વાલી મીટીંગમાં કે શિક્ષક બોલાવે ત્યારે અચૂક હાજર રહેવું.

→ ૬ માસિક અને વાર્ષિક પરીક્ષામાં ફરજીયાત હાજર રહેવું. માંદગી હોય તો મેડીકલ સર્ટીફીકેટ રજૂ કરવું.

→ શિક્ષકને મળવું હોય તો શનિવારે ૯.૦૦ થી ૧૧.૦૦ અથવા સોમ થી શુક્રવાર દરમ્યાન બપોરે ૩.૩૦ થી ૫.૦૦ માં મળવું.

→ બાળકને સોના ચાંદીના ઘરેણાં નહીં પહેરાવવા.

→ સંજોગવશાત રહેઠાણ અને ફોન નંબર માં ફેરફાર થાય તો તરત જાણ કરવી.

Rules and Discipline

• Refinement of manners, habits of obedience and order, neatness in person and dress, and punctuality are required at all times.
• During working hours, order and silence are to be kept while moving around the premises. Running, playing or shouting inside the school building is never allowed.
• A pupil’s name may be struck off the rolls if absent for 3 months without prior permission.
• A student suffering from any infectious disease will not be allowed to attend the school.
• The school is not responsible for books, money, gold, clothes or articles that are lost.
• Parents have to label the Bag, Water Bag, Snacks Box, Slate with Name and Std.
• Pupil’s are forbidden to give their teachers or fellow students individual or collective presents, even on birthdays.
• Pupils are responsible to the school authorities for the conduct both in and outside the school. Hence misbehavior in public streets and conveyances may be sufficient reason for dismissal from the school.
• Child’s nails should be cut regularly.
• Eyes, ears and hair should be kept clean.
• Nail polish and tattoos are not allowed.
• The hair should be oiled and combed properly and tied with black ribbon.
• Injured portion should be bandaged, although injured child should take leave compulsory.
• A student suffering from any contagious disease will not be allowed to attend the school.

Recommendation to parents

• Parents are earnestly requested to co-operate with the school in enforcing regularity and discipline,seeing that their children wear the prescribed uniform, prepare their lessons and take an active part in the activities of the school.
• Parents are particularly expected to sign the progress report and occasional remarks entered in the school calendar.
• No pupil is allowed to leave the school campus during school hours.

Parents and guardians are specially requested to notify the school of any change in their address or telephone number.

Parents are requested to contact the teachers and principal through calendars only and attend the meetings regularly.

They are requested not to disturb the teachers during school hours.

Representation and complaints must be addressed directly to the principal and not to the teachers or employees.

Parents, Guardians or other persons are not allowed to meet their children or teachers during school hours without the permission of the principal.

Parents have to carry their guardian card compulsory when they visit the school.

Any kind of damage done to the school property is to be made good by the students  who causes it.
